I thought I loved being a personal trainer. That was until I realized that helping women become fit is so much more than cutting calories and counting reps; it is about the life that's lived outside of the gym. What I actually loved was my clients and sitting down with them to talk, really talk, about everything that comes together to make us the multi-dimensional beings that we are. I decided I wanted to learn more about how I could help women become healthy and well, in a broader sense, not just physically. I went back to the books and became certified in holistic health coaching through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Now, I not only help women become healthy in their body, but in their mind, soul and spirit, as well. I believe in health and wellness as a whole - because women are so much more than what they look like on the outside.
