This 90 minute session is for the woman who needs a gentle nudge in the right direction of health and wellness. She has tried everything but needs guidance through an action plan that will cater specifically to her and her goals. 

3 Month Program


This program is for the woman that has done her own research, she knows the path to healing but needs more guidance, reassurance and accountability in developing lasting health and wellness. 

6 Month Program


This program is for the woman who needs more nutritional education and support in keeping accountable to lifestyle changes. She is ready and willing to implement new ideas and build healthy habits to become her best self. 

1:1 Coaching

Group Coaching

Have you ever had a gym buddy? Fellow group members will be like gym buddies by keeping you accountable, motivated, and inspired. Also, joining in on the celebration of your success. If you prefer working alongside other women in a group setting, this program is for you. You’ll be apart of a close-knit group of 6-8 women that are energizing, encouraging, and most of all – fun! We will meet for 75 minutes, two times a month, for six months. This program offers the same quality of coaching as the individual coaching, but at a fraction of the cost.  This setting also offers opportunity for the development of new meaningful relationships that often become lifelong friendships. Let's step into health and wellness together!
